This Service Operation Policy sets forth the detailed operational standards regarding service usage, fee calculation, invoice issuance, and data management for the Shortime Studio service provided by Code Crayon Co., Ltd. (the “Company”).

This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service and shall have the same legal effect. Matters delegated under the Terms shall be governed by this Policy.

Article 1 (Purpose and Scope)

  1. This Service Policy aims to ensure the stable operation of the Shortime Studio service and to clearly define the rights and obligations between the Company and its Members (Customers).
  2. This Policy applies to all aspects of service operation, including but not limited to service usage, fee calculation, invoice issuance, data handling, and service restrictions.
  3. Any matters not specified in this Policy shall be governed by the Terms of Service, individual agreements, and applicable laws.

Article 2 (Pricing Plans and Usage Management)

1. Plan Structure

  1. The Service is provided based on the Plans designated by the Company (including but not limited to Starter, Pro, and Enterprise).
  2. Each Plan includes base allowances for storage and streaming, functional scope, and support items.
  3. Detailed Plan specifications and pricing shall be defined in the individual agreement or separate pricing policy documents.

2. Usage Measurement Standards

  1. Usage data shall be aggregated automatically on a 24-hour basis in UTC.

  2. If a Member exceeds the base allowance included in the selected Plan, such excess usage shall be managed in accordance with this Policy.

  3. Usage aggregation standards are as follows:

  4. Where excess usage is confirmed pursuant to the automatic application criteria set forth in Article 4 of this Policy, the Company may, at its discretion, automatically apply an Additional Usage Package in order to maintain service stability.
