This Operations Policy sets forth detailed operational standards for the use of the Shortime Studio service provided by CodeCrayon Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), including fee calculation, invoice issuance, data processing, and other matters.

This Policy constitutes part of the Terms of Service and has the same effect, and sets forth specific standards for matters delegated under the Terms.

Article 1 Purpose and Scope of Application

1. This Operations Policy aims to ensure stable operation of the Shortime Studio service and establish clear rights and obligations between the Company and Members (Clients).
2. This Policy applies to overall operations, including service use, fee calculation, invoice issuance, data processing, and service restrictions.
3. Matters not specified in this Policy shall be governed by the Terms of Service, individual agreements, and applicable laws.

Article 2 Plans and Usage Management Standards

1. Plan Composition

1. The Service is provided according to plans determined by the Company, such as Startup, Pro, and Enterprise.
2. Each plan includes a default streaming allowance, default storage, default language support scope, feature scope, and support items.
3. The default streaming allowance for each plan is provided after being converted into Credits, and 1GB of streaming usage is calculated as 1 Credit.
4. Detailed plan offerings, fees, billing cycles, and other conditions shall be set forth in an individual agreement or separate pricing policy document.

2. Usage Aggregation Standards

1. Streaming usage is automatically aggregated in 24-hour units based on UTC.
2. The Company aggregates the previous day’s streaming usage every day at 00:00 UTC.
3. Streaming usage is aggregated on a daily basis and accumulated on a monthly basis.
4. The total monthly streaming usage is rounded up to the nearest 1GB unit and converted into Credits.
5. Streaming usage converted on a monthly basis is deducted from the Member’s Credit Balance.
